Reusable tableware
Until October 2023, our seafood trays were made of POLYSTYRENE, a bulky and environmentally unfriendly material.
A reflection has therefore been undertaken to remedy this situation.🤔💡
Now we have taken the initiative to bring our own reusable stainless steel trays to our supplier.
Every action counts for the preservation of the planet ;)🌍
At the estate, we offer a healthy, homemade breakfast.
The yogurts are made in our kitchen, in reusable glass jars. 🥛
This avoids the use of plastic waste and cardboard packaging associated with industrial yogurts. Plus, the result is delicious!
We produce our own apple juice which we offer for breakfast.
Avoid food waste
We have installed a gutter system dedicated to feeding the ducks on the estate 🦆🦆🦆
This structure gives us the opportunity to store our surplus food, thus avoiding dirtying the floor with leftovers and attracting rodents 🐀
The ducks are taking full advantage of it and eating with appetite! 🦆

Since the beginning of our activity, we have worked closely with local merchants, whether for the creation of our baskets, the preparation of our meal trays, or the sale of beers.
