  • Mini sophrology sessions focused on grounding, breathing and relaxation
  • Presentation and demonstration of essential oil hand massages
  • Information on its specific support services for stress, sleep, emotions, and post-traumatic stress
  • Focus on its exclusive “stress while driving” package, an innovative offer in the region!

• Marie Roussillon , a psycho-corporal practitioner specializing in emotional release, will introduce you to the acupressure method with introductory sessions to familiarize you with this gentle and effective technique.

• Woinson Morgane , a naturopath specializing in the JMV Method, will discuss her practice with you during oral presentations, in order to help you discover its benefits for the body and mind.

• Aurélie Déniel, from the Reiki School of Finistère, will offer an open discussion with the school's Reiki masters and teachers. This will be an opportunity to learn more about this energy practice and to register for their training courses if you wish.

• Édouard Bal – Botanical forager and educator
  After studying history and journalism, Édouard discovered his passion for wildlife during his travels, particularly in New Zealand. Trained in ethnobotany by François Couplan, he now shares his knowledge of wild plants, their uses and properties, to reconnect us with the nature that surrounds us.

• Yvette will share her expertise by crafting beautiful birdhouses and wicker baskets, which will be available for sale throughout this lovely day.

• Morgane LE BORGNE , creator of Au Fil de la Vie.
  Passionate about fashion and design, Morgane offers unique and conscious pieces, made through the upcycling of memories and sensitive sewing.
  Her world combines beauty, well-being and balance, carried by the authentic soul of Brittany.

• Elisabeth handcrafts unique leather creations, combining artisanal know-how and timeless elegance, which you can purchase during this day.
